pick -> scan -> place-on-scale -> pick-from-scale -> put-aside.
Data: pick_scan_scale_place teleop, 2026-06-29 .. 2026-07-08, 4 cameras, 30 Hz.
Segmentation: base-stationary windows, cut starts at the base-stop frame so each skill
begins at rest (matching how the robot is handed the skill). The scale window is split at the
velocity lull — the verified moment the box rests on the scale with the arms clear —
giving separate place_on_scale and pick_from_scale skills.
