Two-stage ECG waveform specialist for arrhythmia description, trained on CardioBench.
Given an ECG window it produces a free-text arrhythmia read over the 9-class taxonomy
(Normal, AF, MAT, SVT, VT, PVC, PAC, AVB, SND). Used as the grounded specialist inside
the Cardiologent diagnostic agent.
