Public rolling release channel for the pure-offline medical entity extraction and linking pipeline. main always contains the newest promoted compatible extractor_adapter, icd_adapter, rxnorm_adapter, and MODEL_MANIFEST.json. The 4B extractor and sequential adapters on one shared 2B reranker backbone use 6B unique backbone parameters.

Teacher labels, clinical inputs, databases, and document-specific lookup tables are not stored in this model repository. Consumers that require exact reproduction should pin a commit SHA instead of main.
