LUMINA: Linguistic Understanding Machine Intelligence Neural Agent,

This is an Experiment to try to retrain and quantize an LLM so it is as metacognitive as possible, try it with a pinch of salt.

Im not an exper at all, if you have any suggestions please let me know, I wanted to try an extrapolate it for Metacognition while quantizing.
