To Material Preview is the backbone of
AnyLight, where you can decompose an image into it's material preview. Basically, it's as if you were in Blender and "flipped the switch" to the Material Preview mode. The goal of Material Preview is to preview a model/scene with all of its materials without the influence of scene lights or path tracing/global illumination. It's just previewing the mesh with a basic HDRI as the light map.
With this LoRA, you can decompose an image into its Material Preview view for the purposes of studying the forms, turning a 2D illustrated image into 3D, for preprocessing for AnyLight, for a default renormalization of styles for the purposes of style training, or for a number of other usecases.
Insert your image into Qwen Image Edit 2511 and with this LoRA, type out the following prompt:
Use at strength 1. You can use the 4-Step Lightning LoRA, but the 8-Step Lightning LoRA gives better results.
