Custom Character LoRA Model
Hi there! 👋
This is a custom LoRA model I trained to enhance character and face consistency in AI-generated images. I built it while experimenting with open-source models and AI tools, particularly Zimage and QWEN, and learning hands-on about model fine-tuning and workflow creation.
Project Highlights
- Character & Face Consistency: Focused on keeping consistent facial features and character traits across multiple images.
- Open-Source Foundations: Leveraged publicly available AI models, exploring how smaller or less-trained models can rival bigger ones.
- Experimental Findings:
- Zimage, despite being trained on fewer samples, produces results almost equal to—or sometimes better than—larger models.
- Achieved high-quality outputs with just ~10 training sets, using much less compute than typical large-scale models.
- Created Workflow: I documented and added workflows in Hugging Face to make it easy to reuse open-source models, fine-tune them, and experiment further. More workflows and experiments will be added over time.
- Results: Images show impressive consistency, realism, and aesthetic quality across different poses and expressions.
What I’m Exploring
This project is part of my ongoing curiosity about:
- Efficient fine-tuning of open-source models
- Character and face generation with limited datasets
- Experimenting with different models, pipelines, and parameter tuning
The workflows and models here are a way to learn, test, and share findings, not just to produce polished outputs.
Feel free to explore the model and workflows—I’ll be adding more experiments and improvements over time!
