This is a model for Named Entity Recognition on clinical trial eligibility criteria.
It is based on Bio_ClinicalBERT by Alsentzer et al. (2019) and continually trained with the Chia dataset by Kury et al. (2020).
The model was created for a master's thesis at the University Osnabrück.
