UrbanGovLM-8B-A is a Chinese domain-specific language model for applied urban governance tasks. The model is fine-tuned from Qwen3-8B using Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Direct Preference Optimization (DPO) on UrbanGovQA dataset (applied subset).
