These are gdvstd/trained-sd3-lora DreamBooth weights for stabilityai/stable-diffusion-3-medium-diffusers.

DreamBooth.
LoRA for the text encoder was enabled: False.
You should use a storyboard image in sks style to trigger the image generation.
