qwen3-tts reference voices (lite ~25 MB grafts, CC0 / Public Domain)

Ready-to-use cloned reference voices for the pure-C qwen3-tts engine. Each is a ~25 MB graft .qvoice (x-vector + TPAD + WOVR, no multi-GB WDELTA) — small enough to download, keeps the CustomVoice weights so emotion works (--emotion, --instruct, --expr, --ml-steer), with full prosody. They exist so anyone cloning the repo has working voices for the demos/tests and for examples.
