en_us_frontend.addon - FST-based pronunciation generation
combined with FST-based text normalization. Former is based on
CMUdict and
Phonetisaurus.
Latter is hand-crafted rules for Sparrowhawk.
For now addon is missing contextual pronunciation generation.
