How to run

Create a virtual environment and run pip install -r requirements.txt
Run the download_EEG_lemon.py
Go to https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/VMJ6NV and download the file called IAT.tab as Tab-Separated Values
Download the following: https://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/misc/MPI-Leipzig_Mind-Brain-Body-LEMON/Continuous_Peripheral_Physiology_During_MRI_MPILMBB_LEMON/Participants_MPILMBB_LEMON.csv
Now run the extract_subjects_lemon.py --data_path "path to the participants .csv file" --tsv "path to the .tsv file"
With this done you can now run eval.py --model "M3_transformer.pth"
