State-dict key remapping only: bbox_head.* -> head.*, backbone.<stage>_<i>.* -> backbone.blocks.<flat>.*, neck.trans.trans.* -> neck.trans.*, and unwrapping mmcv's ConvModule inside SE layers. Learned parameters are unchanged. See weights/convert_picodet_weights.py in the LibreYOLO source repository.
