This is the Mona concept taught to Stable Diffusion via Textual Inversion. You can load this concept into a Stable Diffusion fork such as this repo (Instructions here).

You can invoke the concept with the keyword mona_genshin. Note that this should be used in conjunction with the Waifu-Diffusion model.
