🎬 AutoCrop Vertical
Smart video converter using YOLOv8 and FFmpeg that automatically converts horizontal videos into vertical format for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Instead of a static center crop, it analyzes each scene using AI (YOLOv8), detects people, and decides whether to crop tightly or letterbox to preserve the full shot.
How to Use
- Upload a horizontal video
- Select output aspect ratio (9:16, 4:5, or 1:1)
- Choose quality preset (balanced, high, or fast)
- Click "Convert Video"
- Download the vertically cropped result
