Use the final training corpus: ChrisRPL/blackline-atlas-training-corpus-v1

This repository documents an earlier training run/checkpoint so older eval notes and experiment logs remain traceable. It may use older prompts, older auxiliary corpora, or weaker calibration than the final submission adapter.

For Blackline Atlas, use only the final adapter plus deterministic runtime guardrails. The model is a visual site-brief component, not autonomous alert authority.

Allowed framing: civilian resilience, humanitarian logistics transparency, public accountability, and macro-scale disruption triage.

Out of scope: tactical targeting, strike support, military asset ranking, convoy/troop tracking, sabotage guidance, or real-time surveillance claims.
