This repository hosts the exact RNA-FM checkpoint used in the DuplexFM
study. The checkpoint used in the reported experiments differs slightly from
the version currently available in the public RNA-FM model repository. We
therefore provide this snapshot to ensure exact reproducibility and
compatibility with the LoRA adapters released with DuplexFM.
For the original model and general usage information, please refer to the
official RNA-FM repository.
