ICKG (Integrated Contextual Knowledge Graph Generator) v4.0 is a knowledge graph construction (KGC) task-specific instruction-following large language model (LLM) fine-tuned from Qwen2.5-7B. It outperforms the latest ICKG v3.2 that is fine-tuned from Mistral LLM.

This qwen2 model was trained 2x faster with Unsloth and Huggingface's TRL library.
