OilpaintZ loras are designed to add an oil painted style to generations. They are not designed to be used too strongly between 0.25 and 0.65. They are intended to be mixed but if you have two then 0.35 or 0.45 will work with three arouund 0.35 works better.
V4 is aimed at incidental figures so people in groups rather then the hero. It will also add dramatic backlighting and shadows if you prompt for it. See examples for what it will do.
