This repository contains digest-bound manifests for coordinated Facetorch model releases. It does not store model weights.

Candidate manifests are committed only after every model repository has received the exact, reviewed Torch cohort artifacts and validation metadata named by the publication plan. Consumers should resolve manifests through immutable commit revisions rather than mutable branches.
