Similar to
https://huggingface.co/Inner-Reflections/Wan2.1_VACE_Phantom Skyreels . The workflow from that Repo will work with this model.
Skyreels V3 R2V (
https://huggingface.co/Skywork/SkyReels-V3-R2V-14B) works very similarly to Phantom and seems more flexible overall andmore consistent with backgrounds. I think this model can be considered a direct upgrade from my Vace/Phantom Merge.
This is a simple merge of the two models togeter.
Ideally it would be good to train the model on top of the merge.
