fine-tune học rất tốt tác vụ triage nhưng đánh đổi bằng catastrophic forgetting trên các
chỉ dẫn ngoài phạm vi triage. Xem submission/REPORT.md mục 5 để biết phân tích đầy đủ và
khuyến nghị (không deploy nguyên trạng cho hệ thống đa năng; cần trộn 1–5% dữ liệu chỉ dẫn
