SPInfer Weights

This repository stores the SPInfer full-annotation Cellpose-SAM checkpoint.

Files

allgt_cpsam: full-annotation Cellpose-SAM checkpoint used for deployment.
manifest.tsv: file sizes and SHA256 checksums.
model_metadata.json: model name, intended use, and source paths.

Intended Use

The checkpoint is intended for DAPI + marker immunofluorescence cell-body segmentation in the SPInfer workflow.

Use with the Python package:

spinfer infer --config configs/paths.yaml --finetuned-model allgt_cpsam

or place the file at:

data/checkpoints/allgt_cpsam/models/allgt_cpsam

Local staging was prepared for liangyou03/SPInfer-Weights.

Limitations

This model was developed for the brain IF workflow described in the SPInfer manuscript. External users should validate performance on their own tissue, markers, and imaging protocol before biological interpretation.
