KaroGuard is an offline agricultural and cyclone-resilience assistant for smallholder farmers in Mauritius and other cyclone-exposed African and Indian Ocean communities.

This artifact preserves the base tensors and adds a KaroGuard safety-oriented chat-template policy for cyclone evacuation and farm-recovery guidance. The model is informational decision support and does not replace emergency services, authorities, meteorological bulletins or qualified agronomists.

Use it for concise preparation, post-cyclone assessment and recovery planning. Users must follow current official warnings and never enter floodwater or approach fallen electrical lines.
