The portable Python runtime for PopotoVox's Ultra voice tier: python.org embeddable CPython 3.12 plus a pinned pip environment (torch + VoxCPM and dependencies — the exact build recipe is voxcpm-runtime-requirements.txt in this repo). Per-package license texts ship inside the zip under LICENSES/.

The PopotoVox plugin downloads this zip through its signed, SHA-256-pinned asset manifest — it is not meant to be installed by hand. Every file here is an aggregate of unmodified upstream permissively-licensed packages.
