CAPE scBERT Assets
This repository contains the organized scBERT pretrained assets used by the
CAPE pipeline.
CAPE is available at:
The asset bundle includes the model weights, configuration, vocabulary, and
preprocessor configuration expected by the CAPE scBERT wrapper.
