PerovskiteNet is a large, structured database of perovskite solar-cell (PSC) records extracted from peer-reviewed scientific literature using a language-model-based multi-agent curation pipeline. It covers 10,258 papers published from 2021 to April 2025, records the best-performing device reported in each paper, and represents each entry with 97 core fields.
