Optional INT8 top-3 late-interaction quality pack for KOMPAS Guard SDK. It scores the Core top-50, reorders only the first three, and preserves Core Hit@5/Hit@10 in all three measured benchmarks. Runtime is pure NumPy and the 324 MB projected cache is memory-mapped.

Set KOMPAS_GUARD_RERANKER=top3 or pass reranker_path="top3".
