This data set is highly experimental, use at own risk. The intent with what is being created here is a quatitative method to evaluate horse performance. This would typically be aspects that a horse trainer would look at when deciding on training regeme.
There will be additional Chain of Thought added to this data set.
I added as far as I could python code, to ilustrate how one would implement the quantification and measures.
