Level-4 Dissertation Extra Files

• best_model.pth is the final pytorch model to be used
• all_experiments.zip have the following folders
  • final-final that contains all the different experiments that were ran with:
    • error log of missclassifications
    • tensorboard training and validation logging files
    • final confusion plot
    • the results table in a json format
    • final model checksum
  • lstm_saved_runs
    • containing files from previous experiments that I decided to keep because it was a fully trained checksum
    • they also contain the same file structure as listed above

What to do with these files?

• Place the all_experiments.zip in the root source of the original progect and extract it
  • If the tensorboard dependencies are installed run:
  tensorboard --logdir=final-final
  this will start the tensorboard interface locally and the results can be inspected
• Plce the best_model.pth inside the lstm folder from the source code before building the docker image
  • Ensure the backend environment variable matches the path where the model is stored so it can be loaded when doing inference
