During the development phase, significant research was undertaken into advanced AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). These techniques were explored to improve the chatbot’s ability to deliver more accurate and contextually relevant responses.
By training the LLM on carefully selected datasets, the chatbot can understand and process complex user queries.
