What hardware do you have (since it's not listed?)

I don't list it because the things I can list aren't what I have. I have a Raspberry Pi 5 with 8GB of RAM, and a laptop with a i7-6700 (don't) and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M

Why not use the laptop?

A few reasons:

It shuts off overnight
I'm using a Live USB to power it
The 1TB hard disk drive in it is completely destroyed

Are you planning to fix your laptop?

Yes! I'm saving up for a new 2TB VULCAN Z QLC SSD.
