This dataset contains 14,685 unique cardiology diagnosis expressions paired with ICD-10 codes. The resource was developed at the Biomedical Informatics Laboratory (LIB), Heart Institute (InCor), Hospital das Clínicas, University of São Paulo Medical School (HCFMUSP).
