Clean repository layout:

transcoder_L36_best.pt through transcoder_L41_best.pt: trained PLT checkpoints at the repository root.
activations/L36/ through activations/L41/: captured activation pairs for each layer.
Each activation folder contains matching x_*.pt and y_*.pt tensors.
