BulBul downloads this file on demand, verifies its SHA-256, and then performs
speech recognition locally on the user's computer. Audio is not sent to this
repository or to a remote inference API.

The source model is licensed under Apache-2.0. See the source model repository
for its model card, training details, and limitations. BulBul is derived from
the MIT-licensed Handy desktop application.
