(If the “ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pyngrok'” error appears when running the code, you can add the line “!pip install pyngrok” before "from pyngrok import ngrok, conf")

Just a heads up, after running the model for a while, Google Colab discounts automatically with the message explaining that the program executing code that is disallowed in the free-of-charge tier (aka you need to PAY). In that case, you need to run the whole thing all over again.
