ArmadaOS Chief of Staff Agent — First Custom Model
AOS-Chief-of-Staff-v1.0 is a specialized AI agent model fine-tuned from Qwen 3.5 9B for the Chief of Staff role within the ArmadaOS agent operating system. This is one of the first two custom models ever trained by ArmadaOS, serving as a proof-of-concept for the strategy of training specialized agent models from open-source base models.
Model Description
The Chief of Staff (COS) is ArmadaOS's strategic force multiplier — the agent that protects the Chairman's time, runs the organizational machine, and filters noise so only signal reaches the top. It operates as the primary coordination and execution agent across the entire ArmadaOS fleet.

Training data was generated using the AOSP-315 v4.1 Teacher Agent Directive, a comprehensive specification for producing Engine-native training examples. All 449 SFT examples and 200 DPO pairs were validated through multiple Shadow v1.2 verification rounds:
Covers: priority management, crisis coordination, stakeholder management, meeting management, documentation, anticipation, and translation of intent to action
Intended Use
This model is designed to run within the ArmadaOS Engine as the Chief of Staff agent. It is a proof-of-concept demonstrating that specialized agent-level models can be trained from open-source base models for specific organizational roles.
