Welcome to the niche. This lora is trained on plain, slim-fit uniform shirts, works with all colors, mostly very slim cut. The trigger word is Unifshirt but "Unifshirt uniform shirt, slim-fit" and "lose-fit" (for slightly less slim). It should get the button layout reliably right, even on "completely unbuttoned" shirts. Use that term without slim-fit or lose-fit.
It also uniformifies normal dress shirts when used on img2img. Equally it may help still kickstart fluxes inability to do shirt buttons right, especailly in more open situations. Prompt the original shirts color and "no pockets" so it won't add those, and add this lora at 0.6 or so. I had some success with that.

It was trained with male examples only. The reason? Ai generators tend to make on "uniform shirt" either some WW2 stuff or some wide potato bags, or plaster them with made-up badges, labels, rank signs. You need a long, complicated prompt to stop it doing that. Or this lora.

i usually use the amazing Shakker-Labs/FLUX.1-dev-LoRA-add-details with it (not in the examples), against the shine and it's generally always helpful (0.3-0.5 or so), and a little self made one with more fancy (male) hair. although i tried train the default flux blurry buzzcuts out.

Issues with short legs on pushups: trained on some pushups photos from up front, it got the perspective wrong and now does push-upping people with comically short legs. i'll fix that soon. also i've seen in some unbuttoned iterations sill the odd misplaced button.

You should use unifshirt to trigger the image generation.

Not trigger words, but the terms Unifshirt uniform shirt, slim-fit and lose-fit have been used systematically during training. Also (fully) unbuttoned, but without slim or lose fit.
