It is not a diagnostic model. It must not be used for treatment, prescribing, dosage, triage, or clinical decision-making.
Intended role
Verifier retrieves ICD/EMA candidates → 270M LoRA selects or flags ambiguity → Verifier confirms selected candidate → MedGemma explains verified facts.
